Leila Couto founded Leila Couto Immigration & Citizenship Services Inc. with a clear purpose: to help individuals and families from all over the world navigate the complexities of Canadian immigration with confidence and support.

Having personally experienced life in different countries and cultures, she recognized the need for a service that combines legal expertise, cultural understanding, and personalized care.

With more than 17 years of legal experience, Leila holds both a Law Degree and a Master’s in Law from Portugal, where she began her career as a lawyer and remains in good standing with the Portuguese Bar Association. She later expanded her qualifications in Canada by completing the Canadian Law Immigration Consultancy Program and becoming a licensed member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).

Born in Canada, raised in Portugal, and now based in Toronto for over a decade, Leila combines her international background and dual professional credentials to lead the firm with professionalism, integrity, and dedication to clients from around the world.
